Born in Decatur, Illinois, John Cisco has been exploring and
developing his talent as an artist for 30 years. During this time he has studied still life,
landscape,
cityscape, portraiture and abstract. As John's understanding of color and composition grew,
his paintings in turn became the expression of this wisdom. He is able to communicate the sublime
beauty found in natural and urban settings as well as in the intimate expression of erotic depiction.
John enlightens our definition of art through his representation of our world. Crystal clear
brilliance shines forth from every illuminated subject John paints.
It is his desire to share with you his artistically subjective renderings of the world around us.
Balance, inspiration, harmony in the subtle marrying of color, mood and nuance are all to be
found in the collective body of art created by John Cisco.
